Exact timelines depend on labor category, headcount, background screening or clearance requirements, and site location. Freedom manages recruiting, screening, credential verification, and inbound travel coordination, and can begin fielding while later cohorts are still in process rather than holding the whole requirement until every position is filled.

Freedom Resource Group has performed workforce subcontracting on U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, and U.S. Navy installations. That includes Camp Upshur at USMC Quantico supporting Operation Allies Welcome, Fort Bliss during the Afghan relief mission, Fort Knox for the Army ROTC Cadet Summer Program, and Fort McCoy supporting Navy COVID response operations, with food service, cooks, janitorial, warehouse, and facilities maintenance personnel provided across those projects. Sister company Beachview Logistics holds a prime contract on the Navy's Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract, WEXMAC TITUS, which is NAVSUP's vehicle for worldwide expeditionary support, base camp operations, and disaster relief. That affiliation means Freedom operates inside a corporate family with direct prime-level federal delivery experience, including remote site setup, logistics management, and equipment provision, rather than as a standalone staffing agency with no operational context for the environments it staffs. Who is the employer of record, and how are personnel screened for installation access?
It depends on the engagement model. Under a subcontract staffing arrangement, Freedom Resource Group is the employer of record and carries the workers' compensation policy covering placed personnel. Freedom also supplies onsite team leaders and managers who direct the crew day to day in accordance with the prime contractor's onsite management and oversight, so the prime retains operational direction of the mission while payroll, workers' compensation, and personnel administration stay with Freedom. Under a direct-hire placement, Freedom recruits and vets the personnel and the client employs them directly. All personnel complete drug screening, criminal background checks, and E-Verify employment eligibility verification before deployment. Screening is scoped to standard installation access requirements. Where a contract calls for credentialing or clearances beyond routine base access, those requirements are identified and scoped with the prime in advance.
